After learning with Xcool, can I appear for certification examinations?
Xcool has tied up with a variety of schools and institutions offering certification courses in various art forms. You can search for Gurus who are affiliated / certified by these schools and enroll for learning with them. Once your course is completed, get in touch with the admin who will facilitate your enrolment for the Certification exam.
When I sign up, will it be an individual class or group class?
Choice of individual or group class is between you and the Guru. You can specify your preference in your course application and discuss this with your chosen Guru via chat before you make the course payment.
Can I connect with the Guru on other times via chat or messenger?
Xcool has a chat feature which you can utilize to communicate with the Guru.
Are there any technical requirements for attending the class?
Xcool is a lean platform and does not have any special requisites to launch the site. You only need a reliable internet connection, a digital device like mobile, tablet or laptop and a passion to learn.
How does Xcool curate the Guru’s on the platform?
Xcool has a robust curation process to verify Guru’s qualifications and the requisite competence to teach the courses that they are associated with. The curation process is led by acclaimed musicians with a strong background in music pedagogy.
How safe is the platform for young learners?
Xcool platform is extremely safe and easy to use. Technologically, our platform is secure and all your data is encrypted. Similarly, we have a strict process of verifying the Gurus that are on-boarded. A student cannot access other students’ profiles or establish contact without prior permission.

What is your refund policy?
Xcool allows you to cancel a paid class upto 24 hours ahead of time. In such cases, you are eligible for a full refund subject to deductions such as processing fees etc. which are determined by Xcool from time to time. Any cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled class timing is not eligible for a refund.
What happens if a Guru does not turn up for a class, or cuts short the class or the audio video quality is poor?
In all such cases, you are requested to submit a service request within an hour of scheduled class end time along with the details. Xcool will review the facts of the case and make a determination if a refund is to be issued to you. You will be intimated about this as soon as the review is completed.
